Our Mission
The Walkablock Club was founded to give our members support toward maintaining daily physical activity and developing the friendship factor. Walking is without a doubt the most common form of physical activity, as well as a social standard. Increased activity level will heighten your quality of life ie.; general health, range of motion, freedom from pain and mental & physical Attitude.
We will inform you, involve you, present you with challenges and offer you alternative programs to support self esteem and promote health. We feel physical activity and a happy mental process are the key ingredients to a long and youthful life as well as setting a standard for living. Be Active and Stay Healthy!
